The Historic Apollo Mission Control Center Will Be Restored

Since the last quarter of 2017, we have been involved in the restoration of NASA's original Mission Operations Control Room. There have been many obstacles along the way, and we still have a long way to go. We are responsible for all the projection, audio and networking in the room.

Once completed, the MOCR will basically be a museum and will give visitors the feeling that everyone who worked in that room just walked out for a bathroom break

and could return at any second.

Completion is scheduled for July of 2019 for the 50th anniversary of the lunar landing!

Space Center Houston is conducting a $5 million campaign to support the restoration of Historic Mission Control. This important site was named in 1985 to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in recognition of its historical significance and worthiness of preservation. Only through the efforts of Space Center Houston can the general public visit the control room area and experience its authenticity.
